Melt Bekker – Director

Melt is an experienced business leader with over 20 years experience leading multicultural teams of experts in corporates such as Fonterra, SGS, and Assure Quality. As the owner of Dominator Garage Doors Waikato, Melt’s mission is to ensure each client is matched with the perfect door solutions and receives exceptional service and care through applying the skills and knowledge he built up over the years in business planning, continuous improvement, production planning, and businesss process improvement in the fast-moving consumer goods context.

Louie Fajardo – Business Manager

Louie ensures the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis and manages the team of administrative and support staff. He has more than 10 years experience in Service Delivery Management as well as extensive experience in IT support, Customer service and Marketing/Sales across a range of industries such as Banking, Academia, Information Technology and Building & Construction. This is what makes it easy for Louie to ensure every client has a pleasant experience when dealing with us and the office provides a satifying environment for staff to work in.

Jakes Steenekamp – Operations Manager

Jakes has more than 20 years experience in the garage door industry. His technical skills and expertise are crucial to managing quality assurance across the business and his previous experience as a business owner contributes to his ability to stregize process improvements in the office and on site. He also oversees the efficient implementation and maintenance of our Health and Safety policies.  

Marife Salmasan – Accounts Administrator

Marife has extensive experience in everything related to the accounting side of the business, including reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. Her excellent organisational skills and ability to work unsupervised makes her an invaluable asset to the team. She also ensures all administrative tasks run smoothly for the team. 

Dave Hodge– Scheduler

Dave has been with Dominator Hamilton for more than 4 years. He takes customer care seriously and is responsible for all the logistics and planning tasks related to the scheduling of installations and repairs. Prior to joining the team, Dave worked in the banking industry, which honed his exceptional precision when it comes to ensuring every detail is in place.  

Simon Howie – Installations & Repairs

Simon installs all types of doors and accessories and he is skilled in maintenance and repairs.  

Andreasz Blaszczyk– Installations & Repairs

Andreasz installs all types of doors and accessories and he is skilled in maintenance and repairs.  

Ansen Pan – Installations & Repairs

Ansen installs all types of doors and accessories and he is skilled in maintenance and repairs.  

Ryne Crawley – Installations & Repairs

Ryne installs all types of doors and accessories and he is skilled in maintenance and repairs.  

Richie Murphey – Servicing and Repairs

Richie has extensive experience in making customized doors, especially tilt doors. He is also responsible for performing service and repair tasks.   

Dave Hardie – Installations Specialist

As an independent contractor, Dave is mainly responsible for installation of doors.
