Luke is a Hamilton local, having grown up in the Waikato and built strong ties to the region through both his education and personal life. He is a graduate of Hamilton Boys’ High School and the University of Waikato, foundations that helped shape his practical mindset, work ethic, and straightforward approach to business.

 

Now the owner of Dominator Garage Doors Waikato, Luke is focused on delivering reliable, tailored door solutions to his community, with an emphasis on quality workmanship and genuine customer care. He takes pride in working closely with clients to ensure they get the right outcome, backed by efficient systems and clear communication.

Kelly Petersen

Director

Kelly is originally from Christchurch and brings a strong professional background as a Chartered Accountant. Her training has given her a practical, detail-focused approach and a solid understanding of what it takes to run an efficient business.

Kelly looks after the behind-the-scenes side of things, focusing on the back office functions that keep everything running smoothly. From finances to systems and processes, she plays a key role in supporting the team and ensuring the business operates in a structured and reliable way. Her work complements the customer-focused service delivered on the ground, helping make sure everything comes together seamlessly.

 

 

WILLY DORNAN


Willy has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of garage doors. From manufacturing tilt doors to installing and servicing a wide range of systems, he has built a deep, practical understanding of the industry.

Now leading the team, Willy shares his knowledge and experience to ensure everything runs smoothly. His focus is on delivering reliable service and making sure every customer has a positive experience from start to finish.

Louie Fajardo

Business Manager

Louie ensures the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis and manages the team of administrative and support staff. He has more than 10 years experience in Service Delivery Management as well as extensive experience in IT support, Customer service and Marketing/Sales across a range of industries such as Banking, Academia, Information Technology and Building & Construction. This is what makes it easy for Louie to ensure every client has a pleasant experience when dealing with us and the office provides a satifying environment for staff to work in.

Richie Murphy

Servicing and Repairs

Richie has extensive experience in making customized doors, especially tilt doors. He is also responsible for performing service and repair tasks.

Ryne Crawley

Installations & Repairs

Ryne installs all types of doors and accessories and he is skilled in maintenance and repairs.
